Lists must be submitted at least six weeks before the date set for the elections.
Each trade union organisation that submits a list appoints a representative for all electoral operations.
Each trade union organisation may submit only one list of candidates for any one college or sub-college. This list may be incomplete. A list may not contain more names than there are full members and substitutes.
No-one may be a candidate on more than one list for the same ballot.
The same trade union organisation may submit a list for each of the colleges and sub-collegges.
The submission of each list must be accompanied by an individual declaration of candidacy signed by each candidate. A receipt is issued to the trade union representative.
