Staff who have reached the age of sixteen and who are not subject to any prohibition, disqualification or incapacity relating to their civic rights are eligible to vote for staff representatives on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee.
These employees must meet the following conditions within the agency:
1° When they are permanent civil servants or practitioners mentioned in 1° of article L. 6152-1, they must be on active service or parental leave or be on secondment or secondment;
2° If they are trainee civil servants, they must be on active service or parental leave;
3° If they are public-sector contract employees or private-sector employees governed by the collective agreements applicable to the staff of social security bodies, they must have an open-ended contract or a contract of at least six months’ duration and have been employed by the agency for at least three months; in addition, they must be performing their duties or be on paid leave or parental leave.
Voter status is determined on the day of the ballot.
