Article R1432-93-1 of the French Public Health Code

Each list of candidates includes, on pain of inadmissibility, a number of women and men corresponding to the proportions of women and men making up the college concerned.

This number is calculated on the basis of all the candidates entered on the list.

When the application of the previous paragraph does not result in a whole number of candidates to be designated for each of the two sexes, the trade union organisation rounds down or up as appropriate.

Each list submitted shall state the surname, first names and sex of each candidate and shall indicate the number of women and men.

Chaque liste de candidats comprend, à peine d’irrecevabilité, un nombre de femmes et d’hommes correspondant aux parts de femmes et d’hommes composant le collège concerné.

Ce nombre est calculé sur l’ensemble des candidats inscrits sur la liste.

Lorsque l’application de l’alinéa précédent n’aboutit pas à un nombre entier de candidats à désigner pour chacun des deux sexes, l’organisation syndicale procède indifféremment à l’arrondi à l’entier inférieur ou supérieur.

Chaque liste déposée mentionne les nom, prénoms et sexe de chaque candidat et indique le nombre de femmes et d’hommes.
