The number of employees per college, showing the respective proportions of men and women, is assessed at 1 January of the year in which the staff representatives are elected.
However, if in the last six months of the year of the elections, a change in the organisation of the services results in a variation of at least 20% in the number of staff represented on the Agency and Working Conditions Committee, the respective proportions of women and men are assessed and set no later than four months before the date of the elections.
