Article R1432-97 of the French Public Health Code

The ballot and the announcement of the results are governed by the provisions of article 36 and of the I and II of article 41 of decree no. 2020-1427 of 20 November 2020 relating to the administrative social committees in the State’s public administrations and establishments.

Once the votes have been counted, a report of the electoral operations is drawn up by the polling station and immediately sent to the representatives of the lists of candidates and to the trade union organisations that took part in the negotiation of the pre-electoral agreement.

Voters are informed of the minutes by any means within forty-eight hours.

Le scrutin et la proclamation des résultats sont régis par les dispositions de l’article 36 et du I et du II de l’article 41 du décret n° 2020-1427 du 20 novembre 2020 relatif aux comités sociaux d’administration dans les administrations et les établissements publics de l’Etat.

A l’issue des dépouillements, un procès-verbal des opérations électorales est établi par le bureau de vote et transmis immédiatement aux représentants des listes de candidats ainsi qu’aux organisations syndicales ayant participé à la négociation du protocole d’accord préélectoral.

Il est porté à la connaissance des électeurs par tout moyen dans les quarante-huit heures.
