Article R144-17 of the French Insurance Code

The Supervisory Committee’s reasoned opinion on the insurance undertaking’s report provided for in III of Article L. 144-2 also includes a mention of any changes made during the past financial year to the composition or operation of the Supervisory Committee or to the remuneration of its members.

The report of the insurance company’s statutory auditor(s) on the annual accounts of the plan and on the performance of their duties in respect of the plan is attached to this notice.

L’avis motivé du comité de surveillance sur le rapport de l’entreprise d’assurance prévu au III de l’article L. 144-2 comprend également la mention de tout changement, intervenu au cours de l’exercice écoulé, relatif à la composition ou au fonctionnement du comité de surveillance ou aux rétributions de ses membres.

Le rapport du ou des commissaires aux comptes de l’entreprise d’assurance sur les comptes annuels du plan et sur l’accomplissement de leur mission au titre du plan est joint à cet avis.
