Article R1441-3 of the French Labour Code

For the employees’ college, the determination of the number of seats for each section of each of the industrial tribunals of the department mentioned in article L. 1441-4 takes into account the votes used for the measurement of the audience at national and inter-professional level presented to the High Council for Social Dialogue in application of article R. 2122-3, by department and by section for each trade union organisation.

Pour le collège des salariés, la détermination du nombre des sièges de chaque section de chacun des conseils de prud’hommes du département mentionnée à l’article L. 1441-4 prend en compte les suffrages retenus pour la mesure de l’audience au niveau national et interprofessionnel présentée en Haut Conseil du dialogue social en application de l’article R. 2122-3, par département et par section pour chaque organisation syndicale.
