Article R1453-15 of the French Public Health Code

The agreement stipulating the offer of benefits whose value is less than the amounts set in application of article L. 1453-11 is signed by the person mentioned in article L. 1453-5 and the beneficiary or beneficiaries.

It is sent, where applicable with the attachments mentioned in II of article R. 1453-14, by tele-procedure no later than eight working days before the day on which the benefit is granted, by the person mentioned in article L. 1453-5:

1° To the national council of the order concerned or, for the order of pharmacists, to the central council concerned, when the beneficiary is a professional, a legal entity or a student undergoing initial training for a profession covered by an order of a health profession ;

2° To the regional health agency within whose jurisdiction the agreement was signed, when the beneficiary is a professional, a legal entity or a student other than those mentioned in 1°.

Article R1453-15

La convention qui stipule l’offre d’avantages dont la valeur est inférieure aux montants fixés en application de l’article L. 1453-11 est signée par la personne mentionnée à l’article L. 1453-5 et le ou les bénéficiaires.

Elle est transmise, le cas échéant avec les pièces jointes mentionnées au II de l’article R. 1453-14, par téléprocédure au plus tard huit jours ouvrables avant le jour de l’octroi de l’avantage, par la personne mentionnée à l’article L. 1453-5 :

1° Au conseil national de l’ordre concerné ou, pour l’ordre des pharmaciens, au conseil central concerné, lorsque le bénéficiaire est un professionnel, une personne morale ou un étudiant suivant une formation initiale destinant à une profession relevant d’un ordre d’une profession de santé ;

2° A l’agence régionale de santé dans le ressort de laquelle la convention a été signée, lorsque le bénéficiaire est un professionnel, une personne morale ou un étudiant autre que ceux mentionnés au 1°.
