Article R15-13 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

After the presentation of the report by the magistrate in charge, the judicial police officer may call witnesses whose names and addresses must have been given to the secretariat of the commission at least five days before the date of the hearing.

The public prosecutor at the Court of Cassation develops his conclusions. If they are present, the claimant and his counsel are heard.

Après l’exposé du rapport par le magistrat qui en est chargé, l’officier de police judiciaire peut faire entendre des témoins dont les noms et adresses doivent avoir été indiqués au secrétariat de la commission cinq jours au moins avant la date de l’audience.

Le procureur général près la Cour de cassation développe ses conclusions. S’ils sont présents, le requérant et son conseil sont entendus.
