Where the provisions of the fifteenth paragraph of Article 41-2, the public prosecutor shall ensure, directly or through the person designated by him, that the perpetrator makes good the harm suffered by the victim within the prescribed timeframe.

Lorsqu’il est fait application des dispositions du quinzième alinéa de l’article 41-2, le procureur de la République s’assure, directement ou par la personne par lui désignée, que l’auteur des faits répare le préjudice subi par la victime dans les délais prescrits.
