Article R152-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the application of Article L. 152-4-1 :

1° The list of information that the bearer is required to provide to the authorities is that provided for in II of Article R. 152-6;

2° The list of information that the sender, the recipient or their representative, as the case may be, is required to provide to the authorities is that provided for in II of Article R. 152-7.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 152-4-1 :

1° La liste des informations que le porteur est tenu de fournir à l’administration est celle prévue au II de l’article R. 152-6 ;

2° La liste des informations que l’expéditeur, le destinataire, ou leur représentant, selon le cas, est tenu de fournir à l’administration, est celle prévue au II de l’article R. 152-7.
