Article R1524-11 of the French Labour Code

For application in Mayotte, Article R. 1423-5 reads as follows:

“Art. R. 1423-5.-1° Each section is made up of councillors assigned in accordance with the distribution made by the order referred to in Article R. 1441-1 ;

2° For the application of 1°, the councillors who do not come under the management section by virtue of Articles L. 1441-14 and L. 1441-15 are assigned to the inter-professional section. “

Pour l’application à Mayotte, l’article R. 1423-5 est ainsi rédigé :

“ Art. R. 1423-5.-1° Chaque section est composée des conseillers prud’hommes affectés selon la répartition opérée par l’arrêté mentionné à l’article R. 1441-1 ;

2° Pour l’application du 1°, les conseillers qui ne relèvent pas de la section de l’encadrement en vertu des articles L. 1441-14 et L. 1441-15 sont affectés à la section interprofessionnelle. ”
