Article R1524-6 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1233-32, the words: “of article 32 of law no. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 relating to the negotiated reduction of working hours” are replaced by the words: “of article 35, II of order no. 2017-1491 of 25 October 2017 extending and adapting the legislative part of the labour code, and various provisions relating to work, employment and vocational training in Mayotte”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 1233-32, les mots : “ de l’article 32 de la loi n° 2000-37 du 19 janvier 2000 relative à la réduction négociée du temps de travail ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ de l’article 35, II de l’ordonnance n° 2017-1491 du 25 octobre 2017 portant extension et adaptation de la partie législative du code du travail, et de diverses dispositions relatives au travail, à l’emploi et à la formation professionnelle à Mayotte ”.
