The Minister responsible for local authorities and the Minister responsible for the budget shall set, for each event, the maximum rate of compensation within the range provided for in Article R. 1613-15 and decide on the total amount of subsidies that may be granted to local authorities and groupings in the same department depending on the assessment of eligible damage.
Le ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales et le ministre chargé du budget fixent, pour chaque événement, le taux maximum d’indemnisation à l’intérieur de la fourchette prévue à l’article R. 1613-15 et décident du montant total de subventions susceptibles d’être accordées aux collectivités territoriales et aux groupements d’un même département en fonction de l’évaluation des dégâts éligibles.
