The regional prefect decides, from among the applications sent to him under the conditions provided for in article R. 1614-84, the list of operations to be supported and the amount of credits to be allocated to the local authority or public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation.
It ensures that this list reserves a majority share of the allocations for capital works.
Le préfet de région arrête, parmi les demandes qui lui sont adressées dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 1614-84, la liste des opérations à soutenir ainsi que le montant des crédits qui sont attribués à la collectivité ou à l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale.
Il veille à ce que cette liste réserve une part majoritaire des attributions aux travaux d’investissements.
