Any policyholder of an insurance contract relating to a vehicle mentioned in article R. 211-21-1 who fails to affix to the vehicle concerned the certificate provided for in articles R. 211-21-2 and R. 211-21-3 or affixes an invalid certificate will be liable to the fine provided for second-class offences.
Sera puni de la peine d’amende prévue pour les contraventions de deuxième classe tout souscripteur d’un contrat d’assurance relatif à un véhicule mentionné à l’article R. 211-21-1 qui aura omis d’apposer sur le véhicule concerné le certificat prévu aux articles R. 211-21-2 et R. 211-21-3 ou aura apposé un certificat non valide.
