Article R211-23 of the French Tourism Code

In the month following registration in the register mentioned in article L. 141-3, this registration is published on the website of the agency mentioned in article L. 141-2.

It updates the list of operators registered in the register, informing third parties of the identity of the operator, its registration number, its name, its business name, its legal form and the address of the registered office of the company or organisation, as well as the names and addresses of its guarantor and insurer.

Article R211-23

Dans le mois suivant l’immatriculation au registre mentionné à l’article L. 141-3, publicité est faite de cette immatriculation sur le site internet de l’agence mentionnée à l’article L. 141-2.

Elle met à jour la liste des opérateurs immatriculés au registre en informant les tiers de l’identité de l’opérateur, de son numéro d’immatriculation, de sa dénomination, de sa raison sociale, de sa forme juridique et de l’adresse du siège social de l’entreprise ou de l’organisme ainsi que des noms et adresses de son garant et de son assureur.
