For the application of article L. 211-21, any natural or legal person legally established in another Member State of the European Union or another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area who wishes to engage in France in one of the activities listed in I of article L. 211-1 must make a declaration prior to the first provision of services. This declaration must be sent by any means enabling receipt to be acknowledged to the registration commission referred to in article L. 141-2, together with the following documents:
1° A certificate stating that it is legally established in a Member State of the European Union or in another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area to carry out the activities referred to in I of article L. 211-1;
2° An attestation of sufficient financial security provided in accordance with the legislation of the Member State in which it is established;
3° Information on the extent to which it is covered by insurance guaranteeing the pecuniary consequences of professional civil liability as provided for in 2° of II of article L. 211-18.
Where necessary, a French translation of these documents is attached. Where appropriate, the Commission will record this declaration. In the event of inaccuracy noted by the commission mentioned in article L. 141-2, this declaration is withdrawn from the register mentioned in article L. 141-3.
The declaration is updated if there is a change in any of the elements mentioned above.
