Article R211-7 of the French Sports Code

The Chairman of the Board of Directors is elected from within the Board, from among the personalities mentioned in 5° of article R. 211-4, for a term of four years, renewable once.

In the event of temporary impediment, the Chairman of the Board of Directors is replaced under the conditions laid down in the internal rules.

If the Chairman is permanently prevented from attending, a new Chairman shall be elected within three months, in accordance with the procedures set out in the first paragraph.

Article R211-7

Le président du conseil d’administration est élu au sein du conseil, parmi les personnalités mentionnées au 5° de l’article R. 211-4, pour une durée de quatre ans renouvelable une fois.

En cas d’empêchement temporaire, le président du conseil d’administration est remplacé dans les conditions prévues par le règlement intérieur.

En cas d’empêchement définitif, il est procédé, dans un délai de trois mois, à l’élection d’un nouveau président selon les modalités prévues au premier alinéa.
