Article R211-88 of the French Sports Code

Approval is withdrawn if the training centre ceases to meet at least one of the criteria set out in the specifications, or for any serious reason.

Approval may, however, be maintained for a period which may not exceed the remaining term of the approval and which may not be more than two years, if the professional team of the association or company to which the centre belongs no longer participates in the competitions provided for in the specifications pursuant to 1° of article D. 211-85.

Withdrawal of approval is pronounced by the rector of the academic region on his own initiative or at the request of the competent delegating federation, after receiving the latter’s opinion.

The beneficiary of the approval is informed in advance of the reasons for the withdrawal of approval and given the opportunity to submit written observations.

The withdrawal order is published in the prefecture’s administrative records.

L’agrément est retiré lorsque le centre de formation cesse de satisfaire à l’un au moins des critères prévus dans le cahier des charges, ainsi que pour tout motif grave.

L’agrément peut, toutefois, être maintenu pour une durée qui ne peut excéder la durée restant à courir de l’agrément et au plus égale à deux ans, lorsque l’équipe professionnelle de l’association ou de la société dont relève le centre ne participe plus aux compétitions prévues au cahier des charges en application du 1° de l’article D. 211-85.

Le retrait d’agrément est prononcé par le recteur de région académique à son initiative ou à la demande de la fédération délégataire compétente, après avis de cette dernière.

Le bénéficiaire de l’agrément est préalablement informé des motifs susceptibles de fonder le retrait d’agrément et mis à même de présenter des observations écrites.

L’arrêté de retrait est publié au recueil des actes administratifs de la préfecture.
