Approval is withdrawn if the training centre ceases to meet at least one of the criteria set out in the specifications, or for any serious reason.
Approval may, however, be maintained for a period which may not exceed the remaining term of the approval and which may not be more than two years, if the professional team of the association or company to which the centre belongs no longer participates in the competitions provided for in the specifications pursuant to 1° of article D. 211-85.
Withdrawal of approval is pronounced by the rector of the academic region on his own initiative or at the request of the competent delegating federation, after receiving the latter’s opinion.
The beneficiary of the approval is informed in advance of the reasons for the withdrawal of approval and given the opportunity to submit written observations.
The withdrawal order is published in the prefecture’s administrative records.
