Article R2112-12 of the French Public procurement code

In contracts with instalments, the price of each instalment may be discounted under the conditions set out in articles R. 2112-10 and R. 2112-11.
This discounting is carried out on the basis of the economic conditions observed on a date three months prior to the start of performance of the services in the instalment.

Article R2112-12

Dans les marchés à tranches, le prix de chaque tranche est actualisable dans les conditions déterminées aux articles R. 2112-10 et R. 2112-11.
Cette actualisation est opérée aux conditions économiques observées à une date antérieure de trois mois au début d’exécution des prestations de la tranche.
