I.-The Minister for Youth and the Minister for Sport draw up the specifications provided for in article R. 212-10-9.
These specifications include
1° General clauses relating to the training body’s ability to provide vocational training in the entertainment and sports professions;
2° Specific clauses relating directly to the diploma in question in a speciality or even an additional qualification where this exists or a complementary certificate.
II – The special clauses relate to the following requirements:
1° Compliance with the provisions of articles L. 6352-3 to L. 6352-5, L. 6353-1, L. 6353-8 and L. 6353-9 of the French Labour Code ;
2° The ability of the organisation to identify relevant teaching objectives with regard to the qualifications concerned, to implement a complete training course presenting all the units that make up the diploma and to adapt its offer to the different groups of people being trained;
3° The adequacy of the teaching, technical and supervisory resources it devotes to the training, if necessary by calling on subcontracted persons or organisations, in relation to the objectives to be achieved, with particular regard to the qualifications targeted, the target group and the duration of the training course;
4° The quality of the titles, diplomas and certificates of professional qualification of the staff responsible for carrying out the training activities and their consistency with the training proposed;
5° Depending on the nature of the action, the objective pursued and the target group trained, its ability to put in place an appropriate educational monitoring and assessment system as soon as the trainee starts training, a description of the educational and technical resources used, and the results obtained in terms of success in obtaining certification and access to employment;
6° The arrangements for the ongoing training of staff, coordinators and trainers, responsible for carrying out the training activities;
7° The mobilisation of structures hosting trainees for their work-study period in companies as defined in article R. 212-10-19 ;
8° The skills of the tutors of the people undergoing work-linked training in companies, as well as their qualifications, their professional experience and their involvement in the professional activity, in the diplomas being prepared, as well as the methods of training and monitoring the tutors ;
9° The ability to identify and respect the trainees’ learning of the ethical rules of the profession as part of the training programme;
10° The training organisation’s ability to take into account the assessments made by trainees through satisfaction evaluations of the training courses, to share them with those involved in the training, and its ability to integrate these assessments into a process of continuous improvement of the training.
