In its application for authorisation, the training organisation undertakes to:
1° Comply with the conditions set out in the specifications referred to in article R. 212-10-11 and the regulations governing the diploma or complementary certificate throughout the period of accreditation;
2° Declare its training sessions in accordance with the procedures defined by order of the ministers responsible for youth and sport;
3° Fill in the national tool for monitoring registrations and results of the certification tests in accordance with the provisions transmitted by the rector of the academic region at the time of the accreditation decision;
4° Register the students entering the course with the local education authority, after checking that the conditions for registration laid down in the regulations governing the diploma or complementary certificate have been met;
5° Provide the documents requested by the academic regional education authority, as stipulated by order of the ministers responsible for youth and sport, when registering trainees;
6° Present to the rectorat of the academic region any document requested during documentary or on-site inspections and facilitate the conduct of on-site inspections;
7° Obtain the written approval of the rector of the academic region for any modification to the application file initially submitted;
8° Provide the rectorate of the academic region with all the documents required for jury meetings;
9° Present a report on the training activities and their implementation and a report on the integration of graduates in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the ministers responsible for youth and sport;
10° Report any cases of fraud and any incidents or malfunctions during delegated certification tests to the local education authority;
11° Comply with the ethical rules governing the operation of juries.
