Article R212-10-14 of the French Sports Code

At the request of the accredited training organisation, submitted to the rector of the academic region at least six months before the expiry date of the accreditation, the rector may renew the accreditation for a further five years after ensuring that:

1° That the commitments made at the time of the application for accreditation have been met;

2° That the file complying with the specifications has been kept up to date;

3° Compliance with the specifications;

4° The quality of the implementation of previous training sessions on the basis of reports produced or checks carried out.

The rector of the academic region will notify his decision no later than two months after receipt of the application for renewal.

Sur demande de l’organisme de formation habilité déposée au moins six mois avant le terme de l’habilitation auprès du recteur de région académique , celui-ci peut accorder un renouvellement de l’habilitation pour cinq ans après s’être assuré :

1° Du respect des engagements souscrits lors de la demande d’habilitation ;

2° De la tenue à jour du dossier répondant au cahier des charges ;

3° Du respect du cahier des charges ;

4° De la qualité de la mise en œuvre des sessions de formations antérieures sur la base des bilans produits ou des contrôles effectués.

Le recteur de région académique notifie sa décision au plus tard deux mois après réception de la demande de renouvellement.
