Article R212-10-16 of the French Sports Code

The rector of the academic region may withdraw the authorisation of the training body in the event of failure to comply with any of the obligations set out in articles R. 212-10-11 to R. 212-10-13, after the training body has been invited to present its observations in its defence.

As a consequence of this withdrawal of authorisation, it will be impossible to set up any training sessions that have not begun by the date of the decision, and sessions in progress will be closed.

Withdrawal of the authorisation issued pursuant to the first paragraph of article R. 212-10-8 entails withdrawal of the authorisation issued pursuant to the second paragraph of the same article.

Article R212-10-16

Le recteur de région académique peut procéder au retrait de l’habilitation de l’organisme de formation en cas de non-respect d’une des obligations prévues aux articles R. 212-10-11 à R. 212-10-13 après que celui-ci a été amené à présenter ses observations en défense.

Ce retrait d’habilitation a pour conséquence l’impossibilité de mettre en place toute session de formation non commencée à la date de la décision et la fermeture des sessions en cours.

Le retrait de l’habilitation délivrée en application du premier alinéa de l’article R. 212-10-8 entraîne le retrait de l’habilitation délivrée en application du second alinéa de ce même article.
