Article R212-10-8 of the French Sports Code

Any training organisation wishing to set up training sessions preparing for the professional certificate, professional diploma, State diploma and higher State diploma for youth, popular education and sport (CPJEPS, BPJEPS, DEJEPS, DESJEPS) must first be accredited by the rector of the academic region where the main training venue is located.

Only training organisations approved in application of the first paragraph may obtain approval to set up training sessions preparing for a complementary certificate.

Tout organisme de formation désirant mettre en place des sessions de formation préparant aux certificat professionnel, brevet professionnel, diplôme d’Etat et diplôme d’Etat supérieur de la jeunesse, de l’éducation populaire et du sport (CPJEPS, BPJEPS, DEJEPS, DESJEPS) doit au préalable être habilité par le recteur de région académique du lieu principal de la formation.

Seuls les organismes de formation habilités en application du premier alinéa peuvent obtenir une habilitation pour mettre en place des sessions de formation préparant à un certificat complémentaire.
