Article R212-12-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The approval granted by the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée in application of article R. 212-12 specifies:

1° The technical specifications from which derogations are made;

2° The cinemas and equipment of the establishment concerned;

3° When it is granted on the basis of 4° of article R. 212-12, its period of validity.

Article R212-12-2

L’homologation accordée par le président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée en application de l’article R. 212-12 précise :

1° Les spécifications techniques auxquelles il est dérogé ;

2° Les salles et les équipements de l’établissement concernés ;

3° Lorsqu’elle est accordée sur le fondement du 4° de l’article R. 212-12, sa durée de validité.
