Article R212-94 of the French Sports Code

Activities taking place in a specific environment within the meaning of the provisions of article L. 212-7 are mentioned in article R. 212-91.

An order from the Minister for Sport determines, for each of the activities taking place in a specific environment, the criteria for assessing the substantial difference, the programme, the organisation and assessment procedures for the aptitude test mentioned in article R. 212-93 and draws up the list of establishments in which it is organised. The Prefect, or the Minister responsible for sports for the activities mentioned in 1° and 2° of article R. 212-91 and for the activity of mountain leader, determines which of the subjects in the programme the applicant will be tested on, depending on the substantial difference observed.

Article R212-94

Les activités s’exerçant en environnement spécifique au sens des dispositions de l’article L. 212-7 sont mentionnées à l’article R. 212-91.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé des sports détermine, pour chacune des activités s’exerçant en environnement spécifique, les critères d’appréciation de la différence substantielle, le programme, les modalités d’organisation et d’évaluation de l’épreuve d’aptitude mentionnée à l’article R. 212-93 et établit la liste des établissements dans lesquels elle est organisée. Le préfet, ou le ministre chargé des sports pour les activités mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 212-91 et pour l’activité d’accompagnateur en moyenne montagne, détermine celles des matières du programme sur lesquelles le déclarant est testé, en fonction de la différence substantielle constatée.
