Article R2131-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The prefect may suspend the application of all or part of the agreement provided for in Article R. 2131-3 when he notes serious alterations to the operation of the teletransmission system or when he is prevented from taking cognisance of the documents transmitted or when this system no longer meets the conditions defined in article R. 2131-2-A.

Any suspension is notified in writing to the municipality, which then forwards the acts affected by the suspension on paper.

Article R2131-4

Le préfet peut suspendre l’application de tout ou partie de la convention prévue à l’article R. 2131-3 lorsqu’il constate des altérations graves du fonctionnement du dispositif de télétransmission ou qu’il est empêché de prendre connaissance des actes transmis ou que ce dispositif ne satisfait plus aux conditions définies à l’article R. 2131-2-A.

Toute suspension fait l’objet d’une notification écrite à la commune qui procède, dès lors, à la transmission des actes concernés par cette suspension sur support papier.
