Article R2131-8 of the French Public procurement code

The notice referred to in article R. 2131-7 shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2131-19 and R. 2131-20.
The purchaser may publish an additional advertisement on a medium other than the main one. The additional advertisement may include only some of the information contained in the notice published on the principal basis in the medium of its choice, provided that it indicates the references.

L’avis mentionné à l’article R. 2131-7 est publié au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2131-19 et R. 2131-20.
L’acheteur peut faire paraître une publicité supplémentaire sur un autre support que celui choisi à titre principal. La publicité supplémentaire peut ne comporter que certains des renseignements figurant dans l’avis publié à titre principal sur le support de son choix à condition qu’elle en indique les références.
