The purchaser shall ensure the confidentiality and security of transactions on a computer network accessible in accordance with the procedures set out in an order of the Minister for the Economy appended to this code. The costs of access to the network shall be borne by the economic operator.
Communications, exchanges and storage of information shall be carried out in such a way as to ensure the integrity of the data and the confidentiality of applications, tenders and requests to participate and to guarantee that the purchaser does not become aware of their content until the deadline for their submission has expired.

L’acheteur assure la confidentialité et la sécurité des transactions sur un réseau informatique accessible selon des modalités figurant dans un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie figurant en annexe au présent code. Les frais d’accès au réseau restent à la charge de l’opérateur économique.
Les communications, les échanges et le stockage d’informations sont effectués de manière à assurer l’intégrité des données et la confidentialité des candidatures, des offres et des demandes de participation et à garantir que l’acheteur ne prend connaissance de leur contenu qu’à l’expiration du délai prévu pour leur présentation.
