Article R2135-24 of the French Labour Code

The total or partial suspension of the allocation of funding to an organisation or the reduction in the amount of funding ceases immediately when the Board of Directors finds that the organisation has complied with its obligations, and the full amount of the sums due to it is then paid.

La suspension totale ou partielle de l’attribution du financement d’une organisation ou la réduction de son montant prend fin sans délai lorsque le conseil d’administration constate que l’organisation s’est conformée à ses obligations, et le montant total des sommes qui lui sont dues lui est alors versé.
