If the candidate relies on the capacities of other economic operators, he shall justify the capacities of this or these economic operator(s) and provide proof that he will have them for the performance of the contract. This proof may be provided by any appropriate means.

Si le candidat s’appuie sur les capacités d’autres opérateurs économiques, il justifie des capacités de ce ou ces opérateurs économiques et apporte la preuve qu’il en disposera pour l’exécution du marché. Cette preuve peut être apportée par tout moyen approprié.
