Article R2152-17 of the French Labour Code

The professional employers’ organisation shall indicate in the declaration of candidacy, where applicable, the professional employers’ organisation(s) to which it itself belongs.

Where a professional employers’ organisation is a member of more than one professional employers’ organisation with a statutory vocation to be present at national and cross-industry level, it shall indicate the breakdown adopted pursuant to the last paragraph of article L. 2152-4.

L’organisation professionnelle d’employeurs indique dans la déclaration de candidature, le cas échéant, la ou les organisations professionnelles d’employeurs auxquelles elle adhère elle-même.

Lorsqu’une organisation professionnelle d’employeurs adhère à plusieurs organisations professionnelles d’employeurs ayant statutairement vocation à être présentes au niveau national et interprofessionnel, elle indique la répartition retenue en application du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 2152-4.
