Article R2162-44 of the French Public procurement code

The minimum time limit for receipt of applications shall be thirty days from the date on which the contract notice is sent or, where the call for competition is made by means of a prior information notice or a periodic indicative notice, from the date on which the invitation to confirm interest is sent.
After the invitation to tender has been sent for the first specific contract under the dynamic purchasing system, no additional time limit for receipt of applications shall apply.

Le délai minimal de réception des candidatures est de trente jours à compter de la date d’envoi de l’avis de marché ou, lorsque l’appel à la concurrence est effectué au moyen d’un avis de préinformation ou d’un avis périodique indicatif, à compter de la date d’envoi de l’invitation à confirmer l’intérêt.
Après l’envoi de l’invitation à soumissionner pour le premier marché spécifique dans le cadre du système d’acquisition dynamique, aucun délai supplémentaire de réception des candidatures n’est applicable.
