Article R217-11 of the French Consumer Code

The application referred to in Article R. 217-7, the list of additional information referred to in Article R. 217-8 and the notification of the formal position or new formal position of the management referred to in Article R. 217-7, shall be filed or sent by any means that provides proof of the date of receipt.

La demande mentionnée à l’article R. 217-7, la liste des éléments complémentaires mentionnés à l’article R. 217-8 et la notification de la position formelle ou de la nouvelle position formelle de la direction mentionnée à l’article R. 217-7, sont déposées ou adressées par tout moyen permettant d’apporter la preuve de la date de leur réception.
