Article R217-9 of the French Consumer Code

The department referred to in article R. 217-7 formally takes a position on the factual situation described by the applicant, within two months of the date of receipt of the application or the necessary additional information.

Its decision is notified to the applicant.

La direction mentionnée à l’article R. 217-7 prend formellement position sur la situation de fait décrite par le demandeur, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date de réception de la demande ou des éléments complémentaires nécessaires.
