When the design-build contract or the global performance contract meets a need whose estimated value exceeds the formal procedure thresholds and when its award procedure involves a jury, the premium is paid to the tenderers on the jury’s recommendation.

Lorsque le marché de conception-réalisation ou le marché global de performance répond à un besoin dont la valeur estimée est supérieure aux seuils de procédure formalisée et lorsque sa procédure de passation fait intervenir un jury, la prime est versée aux soumissionnaires sur proposition du jury.
