Where the purchaser is not subject to Book IV or where it does not organise a design contest, economic operators who have submitted services that comply with the consultation documents are awarded a premium, the amount of which is freely determined by the purchaser.

Lorsque l’acheteur n’est pas soumis au livre IV ou lorsqu’il n’organise pas de concours, les opérateurs économiques qui ont remis des prestations conformes aux documents de la consultation bénéficient d’une prime dont le montant est librement défini par l’acheteur.
