A contract for the decoration of public buildings is awarded under the conditions set out in this paragraph when the following two conditions are met:
1° It involves the commissioning of one or more artistic works to be created;
2° Its value is less than the European thresholds mentioned in a notice annexed to this code.
Le marché de décoration des constructions publiques est passé dans les conditions fixées au présent paragraphe lorsque les deux conditions suivantes sont remplies :
1° Il porte sur la commande d’une ou plusieurs réalisations artistiques à créer ;
2° Son montant est inférieur aux seuils européens mentionnés dans un avis figurant en annexe du présent code.
