Article R2183-5 of the French Public procurement code

Under the conditions laid down in Article L. 2132-1, certain information on the award of the contract may not be published if its disclosure would impede law enforcement, would be contrary to the public interest, would prejudice the legitimate commercial interests of a particular economic operator, whether public or private, or could prejudice fair competition between economic operators.

Dans les conditions fixées par l’article L. 2132-1, certaines informations sur la passation du marché peuvent ne pas être publiées au cas où leur divulgation ferait obstacle à l’application des lois, serait contraire à l’intérêt public, porterait préjudice aux intérêts commerciaux légitimes d’un opérateur économique en particulier, public ou privé, ou pourrait nuire à une concurrence loyale entre les opérateurs économiques.
