Article R2191-56 of the French Public procurement code

With effect from the notification or service on the accounting officer provided for in paragraph 1, the beneficiary of the assignment or pledge of the claim shall alone collect the amount of the claim or the part of the claim that has been assigned or pledged to him.

A compter de la notification ou signification au comptable prévue au paragraphe 1, le bénéficiaire de la cession ou du nantissement de créance encaisse seul le montant de la créance ou de la part de la créance qui lui a été cédée ou donnée en nantissement.
