An Economic Observatory for Public Procurement, reporting to the Minister for the Economy, gathers and analyses data relating to the economic and technical aspects of public procurement.
It provides a forum for consultation and exchange of information with economic operators, contracting authorities and contracting entities and contributes to the dissemination of best practice.

Un observatoire économique de la commande publique placé auprès du ministre chargé de l’économie rassemble et analyse les données relatives aux aspects économiques et techniques de la commande publique.
