I.-The information mentioned in I and II of article L. 22-10-9 is made available to the public free of charge on the company’s website for a period of ten years. Without prejudice to the third paragraph of II of this article, this period may be extended.

II – The processing of the personal data of corporate officers contained in this report is intended to enhance the company’s transparency with regard to the remuneration of corporate officers, the shareholders’ right of scrutiny over such remuneration and the responsibility of corporate officers.
The information presented in the report referred to in I does not include special categories of personal data of corporate officers who are natural persons within the meaning of Article 9(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, nor personal data that relate to the family situation of corporate officers who are natural persons.
