Article R22-10-4 of the French Commercial code

The prospectuses and documents informing the public of the issue of shares shall reproduce the information in the notice provided for in article R. 22-10-3 and shall contain a mention of the publication of this notice in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires with reference to the number in which it was published. They shall also briefly set out the founders’ plans for the use of the funds raised by paying up the shares subscribed.

The announcements in the newspapers shall reproduce the information provided in the notice.
Newspaper announcements shall reproduce the same statements or at least an extract from these statements, with reference to the notice and indication of the number of the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires in which it was published.

Les prospectus et documents informant le public de l’émission d’actions reproduisent les énonciations de la notice prévue à l’article R. 22-10-3 et contiennent la mention de l’insertion de cette notice au Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires avec référence au numéro dans lequel elle a été publiée. Ils exposent en outre sommairement les projets des fondateurs quant à l’emploi des fonds provenant de la libération des actions souscrites.

Les annonces dans les journaux reproduisent les mêmes énonciations ou au moins un extrait de ces énonciations, avec référence à la notice et indication du numéro du Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires dans lequel elle a été publiée.
