Before any seizure, if the debtor is present, the bailiff verbally repeats the demand for payment and informs the debtor that he must disclose any assets that may have been subject to a previous seizure.
Avant toute opération de saisie, si le débiteur est présent, l’huissier de justice réitère verbalement la demande de paiement et informe le débiteur qu’il est tenu de faire connaître les biens qui auraient fait l’objet d’une saisie antérieure.
