Article R221-19 of the French Sports Code

Federal performance projects include structures managed separately or jointly, particularly on the basis of an agreement, by the delegated federation concerned, by an association affiliated to it, or by a legal entity governed by public law. They are mainly made up of structures or groups of structures called “pôles France” or “pôles Espoirs” that meet the conditions set out in articles R. 221-20 and R. 221-21.

Article R221-19

Les projets de performance fédéraux regroupent les structures gérées, séparément ou conjointement, notamment sur la base d’une convention, par la fédération délégataire concernée, par une association qui lui est affiliée, ou par une personne morale de droit public. Ils sont composés, à titre principal, de structures ou de groupe de structures dénommés ” pôles France ” ou ” pôles Espoirs ” et répondant aux conditions fixées par les articles R. 221-20 et R. 221-21.
