Article R221-4 of the French Sports Code

Athletes who achieve a significant performance or ranking in international benchmark events may be entered in the “Elite” category. This performance, ranking and events are set out in the federal performance plan of the relevant delegating federation.

Registration in this category is valid for two years. It may be renewed under the same conditions.

Peut être inscrit dans la catégorie ” Elite ” le sportif qui réalise une performance ou obtient un classement significatif lors des épreuves de référence internationale. Cette performance, ce classement et ces épreuves sont fixés dans le projet de performance fédéral de la fédération délégataire compétente.

L’inscription dans cette catégorie est valable deux ans. Elle peut être renouvelée dans les mêmes conditions.
