In order to examine the project, the responsible minister(s) may call upon the services of another minister, a public interest grouping or a public establishment, in compliance with the legislative and regulatory provisions determining their powers or responsibilities.
Purchasers may be consulted for the purposes of this examination.

Pour procéder à l’instruction du projet, le ou les ministres de tutelle peuvent faire appel aux services d’un autre ministre, à un groupement d’intérêt public ou à un établissement public, dans le respect des dispositions législatives et réglementaires déterminant les compétences ou les attributions de ceux-ci.
Les acheteurs peuvent être consultés pour les besoins de cette instruction.
