The sports agents’ interfederal commission sets the programme for the first test and whether it is written or oral. Acting as an examination board, it draws up the subject of the test, sets the marking scale and determines the mark obtained by each candidate. It communicates this mark to the sports agents’ commission of the delegating federation responsible for the sports discipline for which the person concerned has applied.
The sports agents’ commission of the relevant delegated federation declares admitted to the first test those candidates who have obtained a mark equal to or higher than a minimum mark set in advance by the federation’s sports agents’ regulations. It notifies the results to those concerned within two months of the date of the test and publishes them under the conditions laid down in the regulations.
